The purpose of the study is to develop theoretical and methodological principles of productivity management, optimization of resource use, increasing the intensification and competitiveness of agricultural production. Research methods - the theoretical basis of research were the works of classics of economics, publications of modern domestic and foreign scientists, the development of scientific institutions, research centers, centers for productivity management. In the course of research the following methods were used: dialectical, abstract-logical, system generalization, statistical comparisons, grouping, graphic, etc. The information sources of the study are the relevant Laws of Ukraine, materials of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, the State Statistics Committee of Ukraine, materials of regional departments of agro-industrial development, normative and reference literature, primary documentation of individual agricultural enterprises. Based on the research, the following results were obtained: conceptual principles of productivity management system development were developed, theoretical and methodological provisions of productivity management system formation in the conditions of European integration processes were substantiated, methodical recommendations of productivity measurement system in agrarian sector of economy were formed.
