The purpose of the work is to increase the energy efficiency and environmental safety of road transport by promoting electric vehicles by creating an infrastructure of solar energy-saving charging stations both in cities and abroad. Research methods - used general methods of analytical research and methods of electrical physics for the conversion of solar radiation into electrical energy. The analysis of conversion of solar energy into electric energy is carried out in the work. The conceptual solution of a solar charging station (SZS) for electric cars is offered. Experimental researches of work of SZS for electric cars are carried out. Technical recommendations for the construction of SZS for electric vehicles have been developed.
