The results obtained are unique in terms of accuracy and independence from external factors. The conditions under which the Penrose super-process is possible are determined and a generalized principle is formulated for excluding scenarios with infinite collision energy of particles in strong gravitational fields. The significance of the work is associated with the possibility of using its results for solving such key problems of nuclear physics, elementary particle physics and cosmology as the mass and nature of neutrinos, the presence of CP-invariance in strong interactions, effects and mechanisms of possible influence on radioactive decay.
