Estimated restrictions on the 124Xe half-life, on the solar hadron axion mass and the amplitude of the observed temporal variations in the rate of α-decay of 214Ро, 213Ро and 212Ро nuclei appeared to be the closest to their respective theoretically predicted values. The results obtained are unique in terms of accuracy and independence from external factors. Conclusions are drawn regarding the optimal conditions for the production of 99Мо, 153Yb, 186Sm and 186Re radionuclides by the photonuclear method. A new theoretical approach to determining the influence of the medium on the high-energy electron bremsstrahlung, taking into account the dielectric suppression of the spectrum, interference and edge effects, has been developed and implemented in specific calculations. The conditions under which the Penrose super-process is possible are determined and a generalized principle is formulated for excluding scenarios with infinite collision energy of particles in strong gravitational fields. The significance of the work is associated with the possibility of using its results for solving such key problems of nuclear physics, elementary particle physics and cosmology as the mass and nature of neutrinos, the presence of CP-invariance in strong interactions, effects and mechanisms of possible influence on radioactive decay.
