It is revealed, that the basic problem is the absence of reliable statistical information, as well as the access to it. Production organization and fields history often contain fragmentary data, without entering all indicators affecting crop capacity. In certain cases, there are some doubts concerning the indicators reliability (probably mechanical errors). Accordingly, the use of simulation based on the pointed parameters for elaborating land management scientific-methodological principles of state agricultural institutions and enterprises will be limited. The basic destructive processes are determined, which reduce the economic effectiveness of land usage, and in future will limit land management development of state agricultural enterprises. The concrete problems are analyzed which are typical for land usage territory of BSAСRS, among which, first of all, is the unreliable soils map, and respectively, the agro-production grouping cartogram; secondly, the degradation processes, particularly soils erosion on sloping lands, soils upper arable layer compaction as a result of their long-term use and changes in separate soil indicators (organic matter content, acidity, nutrition macro- and microelements content). Based on the conducted works, the methodological recommendations are developed “Modeling and forecasting for land management methodological support of state agricultural institutions and enterprisers”.
