Fertilized - 94,3%, fertility -131,2%, lambs yield per 100 ewes - 123,7 heads. Ewes live weight makes 58 kg, wool length 11,5 cm, wool shearing in pure fiber 3,0 kg. The lambs are born with a strong constitution, large; the single lambs live weight at birth makes 4,8 kg, which is higher than that of twins by 17,1%. In 12-month age, the hoggets live weight makes 49,4-47,8 kg or 85,2-82,4% of mothers’ living weight, which shows their high growth precocity. A single ewe for 135 milking days gives 105,3 kg of milk, or 26,3 kg of brynza cheese. A complex assessment of Bukovinian type, Ascanian astrakhan breed sheep and hoggets is carried out, with population of 808 heads, including 625 ewes, or 77,4%. The fertilized ones make 96%; fertility - 138%; lambs yield per 100 ewes - 131 head. Young animals are born with a live weight from 4,0 tо 5,2 kg, mainly average size of curls 61,9-68,0%, flat (46,4-56,0%) and ribbed (26,5-26,3%), jacket (19,1-16,5%) ski types, elite class 27,9-31,0%, first – 41,4- 46,0%. For milking period (155 days) from a single ewe 116,3 kg of milk, or 29,0 kg of brynza cheese are obtained. The indicators of Ukrainian Carpathian mountain breed sheep productivity are investigated, with population 316 heads; among them (79,7%) ewes. Ewes with white semi-coarse wool, live weight 47,5 kg, wool shearing in pure fiber 2,6 kg, spine length 14,3 cm, down 9,5 cm. The fertilized ones make 88,9%; fertility - 127,3%; lambs yield per 100 ewes - 113 heads. From a single ewe, for 130 milking days 77,9 kg of milk, or 19,5 kg of brynza cheese are obtained.
