The purpose of work – increase of functional, constructive, technological, architectural and operational, ecological and other qualities and factors of buildings, comfort of living in the conditions of new construction and reconstruction at the expense of development and perfection of methods of estimation, forecasting of their condition and application of means compensating on them negative. External influence, introduction of energy saving technologies. Research methods – field observations, instrumental measurements, quantitative theoretical calculations; transition from qualitative to quantitative indicators; statistical methods, design work and author's supervision over the implementation of developments. Results research work: design testing, systematization and implementation of methods and tools for assessment, analysis, forecasting, visualization and recommendations for noise compensation to the allowable level of acoustic regime of capital construction (hereinafter CC), urban development and adjacent to the CC in regulatory and other documents; developed a method for estimating the propagation of noise from a source of spatial noise; urban environment quality factors, methods and mechanisms of urban environment quality management; proposal of solutions for development of projects of energy efficient buildings in Ukraine; formation of spatial objects in the process of central moving projection of flat figures. All these results are implemented in design and construction practice at the facilities of the city of Dnipro, other cities of Ukraine and abroad, in the Sicheslav region and in the regulations of Ukraine, in current international documents.
