The aim of the work is to establish the haplostimulating properties of haploid inducers and to obtain double-haploid lines of corn of different germ plasmas for heterosis selection. Research methods - haploidy, individual selection, field phenological observations, biometric measurements, accounting for grain yield and harvest moisture, laboratory determination of haploid line yield, mathematical and statistical data processing of laboratory and field experiments, evaluation of research results. The haplostimulating properties of new haploid inducers have been established, and 200 genotypes of different embryonic plasmas have been marked in a breeding nursery. 5 promising haploinducers of own selection were used as the parent form, the embryonic marker ZMK-1 was taken as a standard. About 1200 hybrid combinations were analyzed. 200 labeled conditional haploids were obtained from the selected source material, and on their basis 37 double-haploid lines of corn of different embryonic plasmas were obtained. Due to the introduction of haploinducers in breeding practice, DZM enables mass production of haploids, and the process of obtaining homozygous plants is reduced to 2-3 years, which allows to create forms with 100% homozygosity - double haploids.
