Purpose: improvement and reduction of chemical-toxicological and medico-biological methods of analysis for ecological, defense, pharmaceutical, medical control and analytical purposes, as well as creation of prognostic models of heterophase distribution of analytes in micellar extraction systems, development of new miniature highly sensitive highly sensitive biosensitive biosensitive biosensitive biosensitive planar printed electrodes. Research methods - UV, visible, IR, solid-phase NMR 29Si spectroscopy, fluorescence, voltammetry, potentiometry, gas and liquid chromatography, electron microscopy, powder X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetry, physical adsorption. nitrogen, potentiometric titration and application of software capabilities in data analysis. The influence of various factors on the formation of supramolecular ensembles in solution and on the surface of sorbents and biocomposite films has been studied. Methods for the synthesis of carbon quantum dots modified with nanoparticles of biocomposite films have been developed, and microextraction systems of directed action have been obtained. The regularities of the influence of the main environmental factors on the metrological characteristics of the analytical signal in organized supramolecular systems based on surface-active and macromolecular compounds are formulated and the conditions for modifying planar electrodes with a layer of nanomaterials and bioselective membranes based on immobilized enzymes are developed.  Product Description popup.authors Volovenko Olesia B.
