This collection was used to develop and investigate the components of the future diagnostic kit (master mix). An experimental sample of the diagnostic kit was created and validated. The diagnostic properties of the prototype of the developed diagnostic kit were investigated, in particular, its specificity proved to correspond to to 100% for the tested samples; the sensitivity corresponded to 1000 cells in ml of the sample; and the reproducibility of the results when the diagnostic kit was used in different laboratories was confirmed.
