The aim of the work is to determine the panel of predictive extracellular circulating miRNAs (pkmiRNA) for early non-invasive detection of kidney cancer and to create protocols for their use in clinical laboratories. Research methods - blood plasma production, computer design of primers, isolation of mRNA from blood plasma, cDNA synthesis on miRNA, real-time PCR, statistical analysis. As a result of the project, blood samples were obtained from patients with renal neoplasms and healthy donors and the expression profile of extracellular circulating miRNAs in plasma was studied, a panel of the most informative miRNAs was identified, the relative expression of which is associated with early renal neoplasms.
