The aim of the work is to determine the panel of predictive extracellular circulating miRNAs (pkmiRNA) for early non-invasive detection of kidney cancer and to create protocols for their use in clinical laboratories. Research methods - blood plasma production, computer design of primers, isolation of mRNA from blood plasma, cDNA synthesis on miRNA, real-time PCR, statistical analysis. As a result of the project, blood samples were obtained from patients with renal neoplasms and healthy donors and the expression profile of extracellular circulating miRNAs in plasma was studied, a panel of the most informative miRNAs was identified, the relative expression of which is associated with early renal neoplasms. Methodical recommendations (Accompanying operative procedures, AOP) for introduction into clinical practice on the basis of which experimental introduction "Method of use of miRNA in early diagnosis of renal cell carcinoma" in SI "Institute of Urology of NAMS of Ukraine" 14.09.2020 - 28.10.2020 are made .
