This makes it possible to develop precise analytical description of the image formation processes for such objects when traditional approximations become inapplicable. Based on the developed dynamical theory of radiation scattering in non-crystalline objects with non-smooth boundaries, the intensity profiles from non-crystalline wires of different diameters were calculated under different experimental conditions in a triple-axis topographic imaging scheme. The analysis of the obtained results shows that we can control the shape of intensity profiles by choice of combinations of different experimental conditions, namely the use of different mutual orientations of the analyzer crystal and the beam, object and beam, different wavelength of radiation. As a result, different characteristics of a non-crystalline object of complex shape can be determined by combined processing of the intensity profiles taken under different experimental conditions.
