Research methods - a comprehensive study was conducted in the dynamics and included: clinical and neurological, neuropsychological, electrophysiological, polysomnographic studies, mathematical and statistical analysis. It was shown that in 33.8% of patients with long-term outcome of mine-explosive closed traumatic brain injury (1 group) in neurostatus were identified nonspecific stem disorders and cerebral symptoms. Nonspecific system Dysfunction of the brain was manifested by aviolation of the energy supply of mental activity, disorganization of bioelectrical activity of the brain, sleep disorders. In 66.2% of patients (group 2) nonspecific clinical symptoms were supplemented by specific disorders in the form of severe vestibulo-atactic and cochlear syndromes and the presence of pyramidal and extrapyramidal syndromes. According to electroencephalography, it is proved by the formation of local and diffuse paroxysmal activity with a focus in the temporal lobes of the brain. It was determined that against the background of pronounced disorders of auditory-speech memory, disorders of auditory gnosis, signs of semantic aphasia and dyscalculia, violations of arbitrary regulation of mental activity in the control and programming links were more often observed. Identified systemic disorders of the brain in some patients of group 2 led to the development of acute and chronic vascular pathology of the brain and epileptic seizures. A pathogenetically-substantiated step-by-step complex of drug and non-drug therapy was developed, which provided an individual approach taking into account the severity of clinical decompensation in patients.
