Object of research was 125 laboratory rats; 6 samples of human blood mono-nuclear cells. The aim of the study was to study early neurobiological disorders of brain function in experimental amyloidogenic and nigrostriatal pathologies and to deter-mine the corrective effect of miR-101 in liposomal form (in Alzheimer's disease) and low doses of dopamine (in Parkinson's disease) under conditions of their intranasal administration. Research methods were neuroethological, neurophysiological, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, polymerase chain reaction, fluorescent, mathematical-statistical. List of measuring equipment is Annex A. In experimental models revealed a continuum of early systemic disorders of spatial and working memory, central mechanisms of olfactory information pro-cessing, sleep, neuroinflammatory processes in the accumulation of toxic β-amyloid peptide Aβ42 in the hippocampus of rat brain with simulation of Alzheimer's dis-ease and a decrease in dopamine in the caudate nucleus in experimental Parkinson's disease. New approaches to the correction of brain disorders by influencing the specific mechanisms of neurodegenerative pathology have been developed: reduc-tion of the formation of excess β-amyloid peptide under the condition of blocking the translation of its precursor by liposomal miR-101 in experimental Alzheimer's disease; replenishment of dopamine in the striatum under conditions of intranasal administration of small doses of dopamine in experimental Parkinson's disease.
