The object of research - the surface widths of the parts of JSC and BP and cutting tools. The purpose of the work is to study the possibilities of formation of reinforced nanostructured layers in construction materials and cutting tools. Research methods: Methods of calculation and experimental research of technological parameters, obtaining nanostructures under the action of ions of different energies, charge and grade have been developed. It is proved that it is possible to invent with sufficient reliability the technological parameters of ions, energy, charge and type of ion, as well as the current density at which there is a high possibility of obtaining nanostructures. The conducted experimental-theoretical study of the possibility of obtaining nanostructures proved the adequacy of the models, which allows to use the results for implementation in industry to strengthen the parts of aggregate and cutting tools. Published articles in the scientometric database Scopus - 3 (Poland, Zaporozhye and England). Prepared a monograph "Nanotechnology in aviation engineering" (in English). Published 5 articles in professional journals, 12 abroad (Hajdúszoboszló and Netanya), 21 abstracts at international conferences. GDR results are implemented in the form of calculations and recommendations.
