The purpose of the work is to create conditions for significant improvement of the quality of automatic control systems with uncertain dynamics by developing and implementing new principles, models, methods and tools of rational control of operability under destabilizing factors. Research methods are deep diagnosis, flexible recovery, rational control, semi-natural and full-scale modeling in the design of rational control systems for prototypes of objects with uncertain dynamics. The models and methods were developed for: formation of destabilizing actions set, their kinds and linearized diagnostic models; real-time diagnostics; formation of rational structures of production bases of knowledge about functional states of system; formation of set and choice of reserve tools for recovery based on the results of current diagnosis. As well the real-time machine algorithms of restoration of blocks and subsystems operability and the software for control of restoration of bench objects with indefinite dynamics operability were developed.
