The influence of smoke particles on the transporter-dependent accumulation of L-[14C] glutamate and [3H]GABA by nerve terminals was evaluated. The distribution of peaks by the number of particles was analyzed by laser correlation spectroscopy and it was shown that the average particle size in water-suspended smoke preparations from the combustion of natural materials was approximately 30 nm. The main optical absorption of water-suspended smoke aerosol PM was recorded in the UV region, in the range of 250–300 nm. This type of absorption spectra is characteristic of carbon nanoparticles that can be formed during the combustion of wood. Smoke preparations from pine combustion (0.1 mg / ml) have not been shown to affect the transporter-dependent accumulation of L-[14C] glutamate and [3H]GABA by nerve endings. At the same time, smoke preparations from the combustion of natural materials (wood sawdust mixture, 0.1 mg / ml) reduce the transporter-dependent accumulation of L-[14C] glutamate and [3H]GABA by nerve terrminals by more than 20%. The effect of RM preparations on the permeability of the intestinal epithelial barrier in rats deprived of serous-muscular layer samples of the colon in vitro in the Ussing chamber (KNU) was analyzed. Clinical and endoscopic differences in the course of irritable bowel syndrome and ulcerative colitis in patients from contaminated and agricultural regions (IPU) were assessed (Scientific Report of the Project Subcontractor).   Product Description popup.authors Dudarenko Marina V Paliienko Konstantin O Panas Ihor D Rudenko Roman M Hodorovska Irina О popup.nrat_date 2021-01-18 Close
