Objective: to increase the completeness and reliability of information in decision support systems through the development and use of intelligent information technologies for searching, collecting and extracting information. Research methods are based on the integrated use of systems analysis to develop a conceptual model of business information retrieval, methods of intelligence theory, methods of integration and retrieval of information based on ontologies. To develop a conceptual model of intellectual analysis of text resources, the method of comparative identification and the apparatus of algebra of finite predicates were used. The methods of data mining and Web Mining, and the methodology of agent-oriented programming are used. The scientific novelty of the work is to develop a method of business information collection model to support the decision-making process in conditions of incomplete information. Models of thematic directed search of data sources, data collection and measurement of indicators used for realization of agents of information system of web monitoring are offered. The advantage of this approach is the automation of the process and the systematic interaction of information collection methods, and the further possibility of use in different areas of activity. The practical value of the proposed prototype of a distributed multilevel model of the community of agents based on the FIPA specification and the use of the developed subject-oriented language, is to increase productivity, scalability and interoperability of software solutions for searching and collecting relevant data.
