The analysis of mineral fertilizers industry in Ukraine shows that the power of national industry is enough to meet the needs of agricultural producers of nitrogen containing fertilizers. To do this, an ecological innovation is proposed, the characteristics of which can be changed according to the needs of consumers. The innovation is based on the technology of obtaining organo-mineral complex NPK fertilizers by encapsulating urea granules in phosphate-potassium shell with the addition of trace elements and humates. According to research results, the technology can be implemented with all samples of fertilizers. The advantage of this technology is the ability to produce a new generation of fertilizers Industry 5.0. Due to the change in the composition of the granule shell, a high level of customization of fertilizers is achieved while reducing logistics costs, which can significantly increase the level of their competitiveness in both domestic and foreign markets. The approximate calculation of ecological and economic efficiency of production and application of semi-dry method of fertilizer production from phosphorite and urea powders encapsulated with organo-mineral phosphate-containing shell showed that reducing the moisture content of phosphate-containing coating from 50% to 12% reduces energy consumption by 70% compared with the method of obtaining granules from solutions. The proposed technical solution allows to offer agricultural consumers a complex nitrogen-phosphorus-potassium fertilizer of prolonged action, and changing the thickness of the coating makes it possible to change the nutrient content of NPK-fertilizer. Selection of the fertilizers shell composition allows to introduce nutrients with minimal agrogenic load. Product Description popup.authors Artiukhov Artem Ye Vakal Viktoriia S.
