The project aim is the scientific foundations forming for ensuring the technological conditions for the new granular substances creation, namely the metal oxides for nuclear fuel and catalysts, on a sol-gel basis. The project aim will be achieved by intensifying hydrodynamic and heat transfer processes with external vibration effect applying. Research methodology. The main theoretical and experimental dependencies describing hydrodynamic and heat and mass transfer processes during granulation are determined by differential methods of mathematical analysis and integral calculus using CAS systems, complex application of measuring instruments, structural studies, application of ASS technologies, and the theory of lattice structures in combination with parametric identification methods, nonlinear and quasilinear regression analysis, as well as artificial intelligence tools, in particular, artificial neural networks, and genetic algorithms. The possibilities of hydromechanical and heat and mass transfer processes intensification of obtaining new granular substances due to the vibroacoustic vibrations imposition have been substantiated. Mathematical models of the effect of active hydrodynamic, and heat exchange modes have been developed, numerical modeling of the vibrational granulation process in an active hydrodynamic gel medium using modern CAE technologies and artificial intelligence has been carried out. Recommendations for the selection and substantiation of parameters that affect the resulting product characteristics of using sol-gel technology are given.
