Study Aim – Optimization of the diagnosis and disease course monitoring of malignant tumours at the different stages of their development by detecting and identifying of the free circulating tumour nucleic acids (fctNA) in tumour tissue and body fluids. The following tasks were identified for goal achievement: 1). Generalization of data from molecular-genetic research in practical oncology. Evaluation of the demographic, personnel, material and technical base of the study; 2). Patients screening for study participation in accordance to study design. 3). Collection of tumour tissue samples, blood plasma and various body fluid samples from cancer patients for Study biobank formation. 4). Immunophenotyping of tumour tissue samples and molecular-genetic analysis of the cancer patients body fluid samples; 5). Deep comparative analysis of the obtained data and assessment of their compliance. 6). Monitoring of fctNA levels in patients' blood with use of liquid biopsy during treatment. 7). Development of diagnostic algorithms for new diagnostic techniques' creation with possibility of their subsequent implementation in clinical practice and commercialization. Materials and methods – Histological, immunohistochemical analysis of the biopsy/autopsy intact material and tumour tissue were used for tumour feature determination. dPCR was used for determination of fctNA in the patient’s blood.
