Registration Date 20-01-2021 Organization State Institution “V.Ya.Danilevsky Institute of Endocrine Pathology Problems of Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine” popup.description2 The object of the study - experimental animals - descendants of different ages, obtained from intact females of Wistar rats, females in which during pregnancy reproduced the situation of "passive" smoking, females in which fetoplacental insufficiency was created by the introduction of carbon tetrachloride. The aim of the study was to establish the nature of structural and functional changes in endocrine glands and hormone-dependent tissues that form the pathogenetic basis of polyendocrinopathies and comorbid diseases during postnatal life in the offspring of mothers who were exposed to smoking during pregnancy. Investigate the protective capabilities of the original pharmacological composition from the effects of maternal smoking on the fetus. The effect of maternal smoking during pregnancy on the structure and function of their fetoplacental complex was studied; the data obtained indicate that smoking is a factor with a clear negative impact on the reproductive capacity of their mature offspring, as well as on the histostructure and thyroid function of the offspring in their postnatal life. At birth from mothers of different ages with fetoplacental insufficiency in female offspring there is an accelerated puberty, on the contrary, in male offspring developmental delay. The composition, technology and methods of quality control of pharmaceutical compositions in the form of sublingual tablets and hard gelatin capsules for the prevention and treatment of disorders of the female body have been developed. Data on preclinical safety assessment of new pharmaceutical compositions under the conditions of acute toxic experiment were obtained. Field of application - neonatology, pediatrics, endocrinology, therapy, family medicine.  Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2021-01-20 Close
