Purpose: to determine the effectiveness of the use of nanoparticles based on oxides of rare earth elements with different form factors for the correction of disorders of generative and copulatory function, which occur due to chronic experimental prostatitis. In rats with simulated cryotraumatic prostate lesions, several compositions of nanoparticles of orthovanadate oxides of rare earth elements with different form factor (rods, grains, spheres) and metal nanoparticles were screened and the most effective composition based on LaVO4: Eu3 + was selected. Under the conditions of rectal application of the selected composition, a positive effect on the gland of male rats damaged as a result of cryotrauma with restoration of its histostructure, reduction of the intensity of inflammation, normalization of androgenic status was revealed.Improvement of reproductive function (activation of sexual behavior, normalization of spermatogenesis, fertility, fertility, etc.) has been established, which is not inferior, and even turns out to be better than the action of the known prostate protector Prostatilen. In rats with sulpiride-induced prostate hyperplasia, the use of the selected combination of nanoparticles led to the normalization of gland mass, the level of androgenization, improved spermatogenesis. The composition and technology of obtaining a mild agent for rectal use in the form of a gel containing both individual nanoparticles of oxides of rare earth elements and their combinations have been developed. A new gel-based dosage form has been developed for a comparison drug from a number of known prostate protectors. A set of pharmaco-technological and analytical tests of the developed soft remedies has been carried out, methods of quality control have been developed, metrological characteristics of the method of determining the main active substance have been establ Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2021-01-20 Close
