The parameters of the structure were established by the methods of X-ray phase analysis, optical and scanning electron microscopy and the morphology of the obtained nanomaterials was studied. Ways of using thin films of nanocomposites as sensitive elements in resistive and optical sensor devices are offered. A method of obtaining a multifunctional electrochromic structure in which the electrochromic film of the conjugated polymer serves as an optical filter of photoluminescent radiation with an electrically controlled bandwidth is proposed. The types of interparticle and interphase interactions are established and their thermodynamic parameters in nanodispersions of titanium and zinc oxide stabilized by binary surfactant solutions and polymers are calculated. The established dependences make it possible to purposefully regulate the properties of aqueous suspensions of semiconductors to obtain the necessary technological compositions.
