The purpose of the stage is experimental evaluation of the characteristics of the processes of association, complexation, dissociation in solutions and in media containing dyes and functionalized organic compounds. The main tasks of the stage included: to analyze the schemes of supramolecular interactions between organic ions (the dyes) in aqueous solutions, as well as in media containing additives of surfactants or organic solvent; to study the properties of complex-forming ligands which are functionalized compounds based on phosphorylated thiacalyx[4]arenes, amides of heterocyclic acids and related nitrogen-containing compounds; to determine the thermodynamic characteristics of dissociation processes in aqueous solutions with the participation of amino acids. Experimental research methods are used: spectrophotometry, radiometry, measurement of vapor elasticity (osmometry) and quantum chemical semi-empirical methods of molecular modeling.
