Studies of the dynamics of the water balance of drained peatlands indicate excessive moisture in the spring to 85% of PV and periods with insufficient moisture in summer 34 - 42% of PV, which is compensated by additional moisture by sluice. The peculiarity of water consumption of bioenergy crops in the conditions of climate change is their insignificant influence on the productivity of perennial crops (Jerusalem artichoke, willow, miscanthus). At the same time, water consumption of corn decreased by 112 l / kg of dry matter, or by 17%, and for sorghum this figure was 205 l / kg, or 30%.
