The modeling of the integrated waste management system based on its decomposition and matrix equations of the environmental quality indicator is carried out. Approaches to the construction of a regional geographic information system for household waste management have been developed. This system makes it possible to achieve an important level of environmental safety in the region. The scientific approach to the creation of a system of complex ecological monitoring of various elements of the environment (soils, surface and groundwater, atmospheric air) is substantiated, which will provide forecasting of ecological changes in the territory of the mining and chemical enterprise. Methods for building an information and analytical monitoring system that stores and processes the data, analyzes the spatial characteristics and dynamics of pollution levels in the study area, visualizes pollution fields with reference to geographical coordinates to reduce the level of environmental hazards in influence area of the mining and chemical enterprise at the stage of liquidation.
