The purpose of the work is to determine the main risk factors of eutrophication and "blossoming" of soils, development of Conceptual provisions on the relationship of dangerous effects on human health of eutrophication of environmental components - water bodies and soils. Research methods are: a set of general scientific methods (analysis, synthesis, comparison, generalization), analysis of the experience of world scientific researches of soils eutrophication. The urgency of the work is the need to determine the causes of environmental diseases that may be associated with the processes of eutrophication and "flowering" of soils. The study of eutrophication and "flowering" of soils has an ecological and social orientation. It was studied the cyanotoxin accumulation in plants and the effects of dust storms on human health due to cyanotoxins adsorbed on dust particles and non-tuberculous mycobacteria. The research develops Conceptual provisions on the relationship between the dangerous effects of eutrophication of environmental components - water bodies and soils. The main emphasis is on synergism - the simultaneous action of negative factors of both eutrophied components of the environment (water bodies and soils) and the simultaneous action of different pathways of pathogens in the human body during eutrophication of the environment.
