On the basis of the conducted researches the offers concerning: scientific and methodical maintenance of development of the land relations in the conditions of formation of a market circulation of agricultural lands are developed; expanded reproduction of soil fertility and areas for improving economic mechanisms for their effective use and greening; economic stimulation of agro-amelioration measures; modernization of irrigated agriculture management in Ukraine in the conditions of climate change and limited water resources. Scientific novelty of the research results: the scientific principles of market circulation of agricultural lands in Ukraine are deepened and the algorithm of its gradual introduction is offered; the methodological approaches to the normative monetary valuation of agricultural lands are specified taking into account the current economic condition of agricultural production; the term of capitalization is substantiated as one of the important factors of determining the indicators of normative monetary valuation of lands; methodical approaches to determining supply and demand and forecasting the level of prices for agricultural land, taking into account the modern information base; conceptual approaches to the formation of measures to adapt the management of the agricultural sector of Ukraine's economy to global climate change have been further developed.
