Vernadskii Institute of General & Inorganic Chemistry NAS of Ukraine popup.description2  In the system La0.5Li0.5-xNaxTiO3 (0 ≤ x ≤ 0.5), ceramic samples were synthesized by the solid-state reaction method. Using SEM, it was found that the grain size of ceramics decreases due to the increase in sodium concentration from 4.7 to 3 μm for x = 0.1 and 0.4, respectively. The dielectric constant and dielectric losses of the samples were investigated in a wide range of frequencies for this measurement of complex impedance. It is established that the largest value of the dielectric property (ε ~ 4·10^3) is observed in La0.5Li0.4Na0.1TiO3 ceramics. In the system La0.67LixTi1-xAlxO3, single-phase solid solutions were obtained in the concentration range of 0.15 ≤ x ≤ 0.3, which is confirmed Vegard's law. The grain size of the ceramic increases slightly with increasing lithium/aluminum concentration due to an increase in the sintering temperature with increasing x. Samples of the system are characterized by high values of the permittivity (10^5) at low frequencies. Dielectric losses increase due to the change in the degree of replacement with a decrease in the size of the structural domains at the rising heat-treatment temperatures.
