The aim of the research is to study the parameters of growth and development of grapevines and elaboration of the system of their pruning depending the biological characteristic of cultivars and usage of gibberellin. Research methods - field and laboratory. Indicators of embryonic fertility of buds and the degree of damage to the cells allow to determine the optimal load of the bushes with eyes and to develop the optimal system of their pruning. Working schemes for the technological process of grapevine formation for scion-rootstock combinations Aromatnii and Zagrei grafted on R x R 101-14 with planting schemes of 3 x 1,5 m and 3 x 1 m and types of cordon with height of a trunk of 40 cm, 80 cm, 120 cm, 160 cm were developed. It is established that the productivity of plants in trellis-row vineyards changes during the period of fruiting depending on the type of grapevine forms.
