Objects of research - immune varieties of apple: Liberty, Rubinola, Pearl of Kiev, Freedom, Revena, Rozhdestvenskoe, Solnyshko, Williams Pride, Redfree, Greensleighs. The purpose of the work - the use of biological products allowed in organic horticulture for the cultivation of environmentally friendly apple products with high biological potential and the ability to effectively implement it. Research methods - work performed on the basis of field, laboratory-field and laboratory research using conventional agronomic, physiological, economic and statistical methods of obtaining and processing information. On the basis of the conducted researches the immune to scab varieties adapted to the conditions of the Forest-steppe of Ukraine which are characterized by high productivity of plants, certain consumer qualities of fruits are defined. Highly winter-hardy varieties are selected. The effectiveness of their involvement in modern intensive apple orchards has been proved. Scab-immune varieties have been identified, the fruits of which are suitable for universal use. The evaluation of efficiency is carried out and the optimal terms and norms of application of biological products in the technology of growing organic apple products are established. The productivity of apple varieties and fruit quality by organic cultivation technology were evaluated.
