The purpose of the work - synthesis and structural-spectral studies of the latest biopolymer-apatite materials for bone remodelling and providing the controlled release of drugs; development of methods for obtaining functional nanostructured materials in various physical forms (powders, hydrogels, films, granules, scaffolds). The following is done: developed the technological bases of synthesis and created laboratory samples of alginate (Alg) -hydroxylapatite (HA) composites in the form of thin films (up to 2mm ) with the content of Cu2 +, Zn2 + ions; proven their antimicrobial activity; created laboratory samples of bioactive granulated (dr = 2mm) composites based on HA with immobilized 0.05 and 0.5 wt.% multiwall (MWCNTs) and single-walled (SWCNTs) carbon nanotubes; synthesized composite biomaterial based on HA, Alg and graphene oxide (GO) and established structural-phase and mechanical dependences on the GO content; obtained single-phase coatings of HA (300 μm) and Bruschite (50 μm) on Ti6Al4V substrates treated with plasma electrolytic oxidation using the method of thermodeposition; created polyelectrolyte composite based on HA, Alg and chitosan (CS) with C60 fullerene content.
