During the study, semiconductor (Cu2ZnSn(S,Se)4, ZnO) and metal (Ag, Cu) nanoparticles will be synthesized by the chemical colloidal method, and their chemical composition, structural, optical and electrical properties depending on the synthesis conditions will be investigated. Then, by dispersing the synthesized nanoparticles in solvents with low evaporation temperatures and in high molecular weight polyesters, suitable inks with controlled properties (viscosity, fluidity, drying rate, adhesion to the application surface) will be created. At the last stage, the morphological, structural, substructural, optical, electrophysical properties and elemental composition obtained using 3D-printing of films, depending on the conditions of their application, will be studied. As a result, the optimal physical and technological parameters for printing films of these semiconductors and metals with controlled properties will be determined.
