It was found that in the blood of animals with implanted in the tibia biomin, there is an increase in circulating miRNA-155 and -125b in 1.8 (p <0.05) and 1.6 (p <0.05) times, respectively, and the increase in the level of C -reactive protein 1.4 times (p <0,05). In addition, in the blood of studied animals with Walker-256 carcinosarcoma we observed an increase in the number of erythrocytes and platelets on the background of a decrease in hemoglobin. Studies of bone regeneration at the site of biomine implantation using electron microscopy revealed active, synchronous processes of resorption of implants with their replacement by collagen masses with subsequent mineralization, as well as proliferation of osteoblasts and osteoclasts.
