According to the "Procedure for conducting pre-clinical study of medicinal drugs and examination of material pre-clinical study of medicinal drugs " and instructions MH Ukraine we developed methods of analysis as nanocomposites , conducted studies of its characteristics and stability and composed laboratory regulations for its manufacturing. We studied the acute toxicity, allergenic action, toxicity of repeated injections, locally irritating action and state in the site of the injection of the antitumor nanocomposite. A study on the safety pharmacology of the nanocomposite was conducted and the potential for its reverse toxic effects was evaluated. In the in vitro studies we have characterized the primary pharmacodynamics of the nanocomposite. In vivo, the regimens of nanocomposite administration were developed, its specific antitumor activity was determined, and the mechanisms of action against ascites and solid tumors of different histogenesis were elucidated. The results of pharmaco-toxicological studies and evaluation of antitumor activity indicate the pharmacological advantages of antitumor nanocomposite over the official form of cisplatin, which opens the prospect of increasing the selectivity of its action and overcoming drug resistance of malignant neoplasms.
