This effect is practically identical both for cavities in silver layers and in layers of other substances conformally coated with a silver layer. Were made prototype samples of SERS - substrates with refined parameters for recording the spectra of high-molecular compounds, and investigated their characteristics. It is shown that the technology of interference lithography based on two-layer chalcogenide photoresists makes it possible to form effective SERS - substrates for detecting high-molecular compounds in the form of laterally ordered matrices of nanovoids with specified morphological characteristics. This is confirmed by the registration of reproducible SERS spectra of lysozyme molecules adsorbed from an aqueous solution with a concentration of 10-6 M on the surface of such substrates, and the intensity of the SERS signal from lysozyme molecules adsorbed on silver nanovoids is three times higher than on gold ones.
