Tasks aimed at solving research: Identify patterns of ensuring the conditions of continuous, safe and convenient movement of traffic flows as the basis for creating an effective process management system; To develop a model of N-cryterial assessments on the importance of criteria taking into account expert information; To develop an algorithm for the integrating assessment of the quality of transport services in cargo transportation projects taking into account the qualitative, quantitative and relay information coming from the participants of the transportation process (hereinafter referred to as the UPF); To develop a vaguely plural model of interrelation of quality indicators of transportation projects with the use of product rules of fuzzy logic; To develop models for forecasting the necessary amounts of resource support for the implementation of road works on the basis of a certain demand from ITC users; To develop a method of forming a system for managing the functioning and development of the ITC network on the basis of socio-economic forecasting in the form of a hierarchical structure of elements and their relationships; To develop a methodology for choosing a project of cargo transportation by ITC routes, taking into account the requirements for transportation from the UPF; To conduct approbation of the developed methodology for choosing the optimal transportation project at design-oriented enterprises of road transport; To develop a methodology for determining the fare by automobile ITCs, built on the terms of public-private partnership.
