Theoretically oxidative stress as one of the main mechanisms of bio toxicity of organophosphates was confirmed. It was been shown that CPF disorders the neurobehavioral parameters of females and their offspring in rat poisoning with low doses of this compound prior to fertilization. It was found that the low doses of CPF did not cause significant neurobehavioral abnormalities in female rats, but provoke the symptoms similar to the manifestations of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in their offspring. An improved and supplemented complex scheme of physiological and biochemical mechanism of CPF toxicity, which does not limit to the well-known anticholinesterase effect, but is also closely interrelated with the phenomenon of oxidative stress was proposed. The peculiarities of free radical processes have been found and also the methodological approach to evaluate the consequences of chronic and acute CPF poisoning in adult animals and their offspring has been developed. Zebrafish as biological model have been used in investigeting the physiological and biochemical parameters of the toxic effect of chlorpyrifos. For the first time in Ukraine, the method to measure the neurotoxicity and other effects of xenobiotic on a living organism with the using Danio rerio aquarium fish as model was developed Product Description popup.authors Dzen' Yevhen O Dovhaniuk Vasyl V Korbetska Olga O Rosalovsky Volodymyr P Saviak Zoriana I. popup.nrat_date 2021-01-22 Close
