The object of the study is the development of professional sergeant staff of military units and law enforcement agencies for special purposes. The purpose of the work is to conduct a study to improve the development of the system of professional sergeants of the National Guard of Ukraine. Research methods - a system analysis method was used to study the essence of the professional development of the sergeant personnel of the units and divisions of the National Guard of Ukraine and the characterization of personnel support.
