A conceptual model of the participants of the dairy subcomplex has been developed. Scientifically substantiated monitoring of activity management, organization of integration processes and investment attractiveness in the dairy subcomplex was carried out. A model and algorithm for implementing situational management and an algorithm for selecting management methods depending on the situation in feed production have been developed. The system of animal feeding technologies, the organization of creation of highly productive herds and the organization of management of formation of the system of technologies in dairy cattle breeding are considered. A model of dairy product quality management based on the traceability system, NASP and the use of smart-contracts based on blockchain technology is proposed.
