The subject of the research is a set of scientific and methodological aspects of fiscal stimulation of entrepreneurial transformation of households in the context of institutional changes in the agricultural sector of the economy. The purpose of the study is to develop a mechanism for fiscal stimulation of the entrepreneurial transformation of households. Research methods: dialectical - when characterizing the place and role of households in agricultural production in Ukraine; generalization - when assessing the provisions of regulatory legal acts regulating the features of the functioning of households; historical - in order to take into account the existing trends in the functioning of households engaged in agricultural activities; as well as monographic comparison; induction and deduction, analysis and synthesis, scientific abstraction, economic and statistical, economic and mathematical modeling, the formation of scenarios for the development of economic phenomena, and the like. The results of the study are proposals for the formation of mechanisms for fiscal stimulation of the entrepreneurial transformation of households, based on analytical calculations using economic models, and tested through their implementation in the activities of government bodies at various levels and public organizations of local governments. The advantages of the proposed development over existing domestic counterparts are in the use of a systematic approach during work and its applied focus.
