These models describe the secondary effect of soil and water pollution through the emission and spread of hazardous chemicals in environments with different structures. On the basis of the improved method the toolkit in the form of a software and hardware complex which without intervention of users gives the chance to receive in dynamics data from sensors on emission of harmful emissions by monitoring objects, to collect them and further to use for automatic decision of problems of structural and parametric identification interval discrete models of processes of secondary contamination of soils and groundwater.
