The subject of research is methods, means and information technology of identification of sources of pollution of the squat layer of the atmosphere on the basis of their mathematical models. The aim of the project is to create mathematical, software and information software to identify sources of pollution of the squat atmosphere in the way of developing and applying mathematical models of dynamics and distribution of measured concentrations, which would provide, if applied to a specific area, improving environmental quality. Results: the method of subtractive clustering of the sample of input data, which provides automated formation of a set of structural elements of the model and reduce the computational complexity of the method; new mathematical models of distribution processes and dynamics of harmful emissions, which, in contrast to the existing ones, provide guaranteed prognostic properties taking into account meteorological conditions.
