 The selection of raw materials of different origins for the creation of new recipes for ready meals is substantiated. Requirements for production technology have been determined, a sterilization formula has been developed for a new type of glass container, normative documentation for new types of canned ready meals has been developed and approved, in particular for preschool and school children, their meat indicators have been studied.
