Trace elements (Mn, Zn and Cu) in the composition of polymers of pseudoamino acids have a regulatory effect on the intensity of oxidative processes in semen. The use of the P4VP + PoEgma complex provides a uniform increase in the number of granulosa cells and cumulus proliferation. Addition of PPAK with Zinc, Manganese and Copper in optimal doses of 0.01-0.05 ml / ml to bull sperm provide the highest values of activity and survival of sperm, total protein content, respiratory activity of sperm, activity of enzymes-markers of fertilizing ability - succinate dehydrogenase (SDG) and cytochrome oxidase (CO). Similarly, the addition of PPAC with Zinc, Manganese and Copper in optimal doses of 0.01-0.05 ml / ml to the medium for cryopreservation provided the highest survival rate of cow oocytes. The composition of media for cryopreservation of gametes and embryos was improved by introducing optimal doses of BAS with nanomaterials, and the optimal regimes of cryopreservation of sperm and embryos with the use of nanocompounds in media were established, which allowed to develop media for cryopreservation of gametes and embryos using animals. The concept of creating new media for cryopreservation of gametes and animal embryos using nanomaterials has been developed. Environments for cryopreservation of sperm and embryos, containing BAS with nanocarriers based on amphiphilic polymers-pseudopolyamino acids, increase sperm activity and survival by 10-12% and their fertilizing ability by 12-13%. Advantages over the analogue: by reducing the dose of BAS and increasing their activity. Economic efficiency: for 1 UAH of expenses - 1,5-2 UAH of profit.
