Grishka NAS of Ukraine popup.description2 The expediency of using the silicon-containing mineral analcite for immobilization of spores and suspension of bacterial cells for intensification of growth of microorganisms and their destructive activity was proved. The microorganisms selected for the study showed a positive result in the transformation of plant waste with the maximum effect on the day of observation. The highest destructive activity against apple and grape waste is characteristic for the strain Trichoderma hamatum, for table beet waste - Penicillium roseopurpureum. The species specificity of destructive microorganisms in plant growth processes has been revealed. The maximum increase in maize sprouts was recorded on apple waste inoculated with Trichoderma koningii spores, grape waste - Trichoderma hamatum spores, beet waste - a mixture of micromycete spores with a bacterial suspension of Cytophaga sp. The resulting dependence is due to differences in the chemical composition of plant waste, in particular the high content of nitrogen and iron in grape waste, magnesium - in apple waste, potassium and calcium - in beet waste. Evaluation of the biochemical state of the soil substrate after the introduction of modified waste showed a decrease in the activity of reduction processes and an increase in oxidation processes, a decrease in phytotoxicity due to a decrease in the concentration of phenols.
