New stable superbasic carbenes and olefins, their precarbenic and carbenoid forms of mono- and polynuclear type with steric protection of carbene center for creation of highly effective catalysts of reductive dehalogenation reaction and other halogen substitution reactions in haloarenes. The aim of the work is the synthesis of new stable carbenes and nucleophilic olefins with high electron donating ability (superbasic carbenes), their precursors and complexes with metals. Study of their physicochemical properties. Research methods - synthetic, spectral (NMR spectroscopy), analytical (chromatographic, elemental analysis), computational (quantum chemical research). Research results: New types of superbasic carbenes and olefins based on systems of allenes, methyleneazolines, complexes of fluoro-substituted carbenes were synthesized. The structures of complexes of fluoro-substituted carbenes, 1,3-dimesityl-2-methylenephenanthro[9,10-d]imidazoline and complex of 1,3-bis-(2-trifluoromethyl- phenyl)imidazol-2-ylidene with iodine were established. The DFT method has been used to develop new criteria of philicity - Ie, Pp indices, which are used in the design of carbene structures for the catalysis of organic reactions. The obtained precarbenes are promising starting compounds for the synthesis of highly efficient catalysts of organic reactions (transesterification, condensation, etc.).
