IH- or CH-resonators operating at the π-wave are used as an accelerating structure. The use of such structures makes it possible to reduce the volume of the accelerator by almost 30 times. The results of experimental studies at the "KVINTA" facility, the uranium target of which was irradiated with proton, deuteron, and carbon beams, are generalized. Also presented a further experimental program on the subcritical uranium assembly "BURAN" under irradiation with proton and deuteron beams with energies up to 12 GeV.
