At the first stage, patients with acutraumatic lesions of the auditory system with disorders in the central parts of the auditory analyzer were examined and characteristic changes were identified according to a comprehensive instrumental study. In the second stage, approaches were improved and the results of complex treatment of such patients were analyzed. The positive changes in the indicators of electroacoustic, electrophysiological, psychophysiological methods of research revealed after the treatment of patients with combat acutrauma testify to the improvement of the functional state of the auditory and vestibular analyzers and the effectiveness of the proposed approaches. At the third stage, the most informative indicators in terms of forecasting and solving expert issues are identified. Object of research: changes in the auditory system and extraaural manifestations in combat acutrauma with disorders in the central departments. The aim of the work is to determine the most informative indicators of clinical, electroacoustic, psychoacoustic and electrophysiological studies in persons who received acutrauma in the area of environmental protection, to improve the diagnosis, treatment, prognosis and resolution of expert issues in combat acutrauma, as well as prevention of severe hearing loss. Research methods: clinical; subjective audiometry, acoustic impedancemetry, auditory evoked potentials (CSVP and DSVP), vestibulometry, rheoencephalography (REG) and electroencephalography (EEG). The obtained data contribute to the improvement of issues of diagnosis, treatment, examination and rehabilitation of servicemen with combat trauma, prevention of severe hearing impairments in this contingent.
