The basic relations for construction of mathematical models of dynamics of formation of the basic parameters of a biofilm at aerobic sewage treatment from organic pollution are developed. Improving the model of biofilm structure formation is proposed. The influence of biofilm inhomogeneity on mass transfer processes has been studied. Mathematical modeling of diffusion of dissolved contaminants in a biofilm fixed on a cylindrical surface is performed.
